Activities that anonymously share information are indicated (e.g., "Your response will be read by people, like you, who are taking this course....This online course is being offered free of charge to the general public. Although the audience for the course is the community of HIV/AIDS case management workers throughout New York State, case workers all over the world may be participating.").

Data We Collect

  • Personal information when you register for a course or otherwise voluntarily provide such information (e.g., e-mail address, password).

  • User activity. Databases are continually updated with information on the activity of its users (i.e., tracking), which allow learners to review their progress. Information that is automatically recorded includes the date and time of certain activities (e.g., registration, login, posttest) and the last page viewed before log out.
